About the Role
Neighbor is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Host Success Agent to help commercial and residential property owners grow their earnings on our platform. Some examples of Host Success Agent workstreams include:

**Google Maps: **Scheduling and executing several dozen phone calls each day to help property owners create Google Maps pins for their Neighbor listings.

Signage: Selling property owners on the value of Neighbor signage, sending customized signs to those who are interested, and tracking the performance of those signs over time.

**Listing Optimization: **Helping high-potential property owners improve their listings by educating them on the value of smart pricing, strong photos, reviews, clear descriptions, etc.
This position is equal parts customer service representative and operations specialist. If you enjoy direct customer service and have an eye for making processes more efficient and effective, this role could be for you.
